Malava Mp David Ndakwa has told off his critics salivating for the constituency seat to keep off and instead support his development plans ahead of 2027 general election.

Ndakwa who was recently elected as the Mp for Malava in the November 27th 2025 by election through the united democratic alliance (UDA) ticket assured his opponents that he was in control of the Malava parliamentary office and delivering to the wishes of the electorates.

He spoke at Namagara senior school where he delivered a brand new school bus which was donated through the (NG-CDF) initiative.

The Mp who has hit the ground running since he assumed office, cautioned those yearning for the legislative position to put their houses in order as he was no push-over in the next years’ (2027) polls as he was totally in control and delivering to the aspirations of the electorates.

“I hear there are people who are still planning and aspiring to battle with me for the Malava parliamentary seat in the coming general polls, kindly please tighten your boots as it is not going to be easy on your side at all,” Ndakwa cautioned.

He said he won the seat through the ballot and his political nemesis should know that it’s the Malava people who entrusted their votes to him as their most suitable leader.

“Obama”, as he is fondly known to many stated that the President William Ruto’s administration was committed to uplifting and bringing development to all Kenyans and hence should be supported now and even in the next polls so as the country can be elevated to from the third world to first world.

The leader said it was only through development initiatives that leaders will be gauged and their scorecards will speak out for themselves instead of empty rhetoric’s which are politically instigated.

He drummed support for the re-election of President William Ruto to complete his second term in office as it will give his government time to complete some of his crucial projects already initiated.

The Manda Shivanga ward where the school is located David Kivish commended the speed at which the Mp had taken up the constituency initiatives ensuring that all the pending projects left by the late Mp (Malulu Injendi) were being completed and handed over to the residents.

Kivish noted that the current government was the next game changer in matters development and should be supported throughout.

“We the people of Malava are lucky to have Honorable David Ndakwa as our Mp for he perfectly fits the bill for the first time this constituency has a sharp working leader who is hell bend to transform the livelihoods and status of the locals."

He called on the locals not to be politically swayed into the opposition as it was meant to disrupt and disgruntle the peaceful unity being witnessed within. The ward leader applauded the constituency for voting in the current Mp as he was delivering diligently.

Both the East and Mugai Shirugu ward nominated Mca’s Daphine Masinza and Truphena Asembo also hinted to the support of the government of the day confirming that the country was walking on the right path to prosperity.
