Several athletes to participate in Kabartonjo Marathon
Several athletes majorly junior both girls and boys have registered.
Baringo North cross Country athletics trials was held today at Moi Primary Kabartonjo.
This comes in following Athletics Kenya approval of Kabartonjo athletics camp which was started this year April.
Several athletes majorly junior both girls and boys have registered.
The athletes recently participated in Chepsaita Athletics and Ol kalau athletics where several athletes performed well.
The event marked the closure of the camp as athletes proceed for Christmas and prepare to return to school in January.
Also present was Head Coach Mr James Kigen, Baringo North athletics chairman Enock Kiptaiwa and Baringo County Athletics Kenya Chairman Edward Kitilit among other leaders.
Many thanks to Athletics Kenya led by Baringo County Chairperson Mr Kitilit, Mp Baringo North Hon Joseph Makilap who sponsored athletes to participate in Chepsaita cross country a two weeks ago and Loten Resort who made sure athletes quench their thirst by getting water.
