Elgeyo-Marakwet: 14 More Students Set to Study in USA
They are part of 34 students who were selected during the county finals for athletics sponsorship abroad held in Tambach in February this year.

Elgeyo-Marakwet Governor Wisley Rotich on July 4th, sent another batch of 14 students to different universities and colleges in the United States of America (USA) under his 'Pepea' program.
They are part of 34 students who were selected during the county finals for athletics sponsorship abroad held in Tambach in February this year.
"We are glad that another group of 20 students have already secured schools and are waiting for their Visas" Governor Rotich said.
The governor announced that the next selection is slated for August this year at Ward level and urged those interested in the program to train.
Successful students will only be required to cater for their passports, air tickets and Embassy fees.
