Popular Kabarnet man-of-the-people and Ex-America's President Barak Obama's self-made loyal campaigner is nomore.
Obama's diehard Mzee Joseph Obade, famously known as 'Ali Ali', a renowned local painter, died of stroke-related illness at Baringo Referral Hospital Kabarnet on August 10.
During his early days, you could not miss a day without hearing his gifted authoritative natural loud voice matching around in Kabarnet town either announcing private business or a political function.
Back in 2008, out of his truthful loyalty for Kenyan-made American president Barak Obama, he bought a portable laudspeaker using his small savings, personally matched around Kabarnet town to campaign for him.
He turned out, to be among few Kenyans who physically campaigned for Obama locally with innermost passion.
Unfortunately, at the time, the world digital social media had not gained ground, so his target to draw attention of his master, Obama bore no fruits.
In fact, to the extreme, police captured and confiscated his loudspeaker ???? for allegedly causing unnecessary public noise.
To date, Fete is unknown for his voice machine. He was also a sound political analyst whose charm never missed the target.

In 2017, immediately after onset of Kenya’s devolution, having been snatched of his only income-generating public address gadget by police, Mzee Ali Ali ventured into painting activity where he was contracted especially by Baringo Central National Government Constituency Development Fund(NG-CDF) to pain and beautify public schools.
Though he was born somewhere in Nyanza Kenya but his loyalty and interactive nature bonded him nicely with the residents of Baringo, more so, Kabarnet town.
Some years ago, he fell ill, and he was admitted to the hospital in serious condition, and he had reportedly become immobile, requiring assistance with walking and basic care.
His death has left his family, friends, and entire Kabarnet community mourning the loss of a celebrated creative painter and a jovial man.
