You Have Our Blessings To Seek Gubernatorial Seat, Church Assures PS Inyangala
Madam Ps observed that if God was speaking through the church and its congregation to identify and mandate her to go vie for the seat, then she was in no position to turn down the offer.

The fronting of Dr. Beatrice Inyangala as the most preferred candidate for the 2027 Kakamega county gubernatorial seat received a big boost after her home church gave her their blessings to vie for the position.
Dr. Inyangala who is the current Principal Secretary state department higher education while attending the Easter mass at the Anglican Church of Kenya (ACK) St. Barnabas Eshikhoni church in Navakholo constituency Kakamega county concurred with the church for their decision to back her for the position stating that it was only through that leadership is given and maintained.
Inyangala who had gone to the church to donate funds to renovate the church was accompanied with various vice chancellors led by Professor Solomon Shibairo of Masinde Muliro university of science and technology (MMUST), Professor Charles Mutai, Bomet university Daniel Mugendi Njiru, Embu university and who also serves as the chairman of the vice chancellors’ committee of public universities in Kenya, said she was equal to the task and agreed to heed to God’s will.
“I have been urged in Kabras and here in my home turf Butsotso among other areas I have visited to consider vying for the governorship position and I have weighed the options and accessed their concerns and found out that the county needs a more vibrant and hands on leader who will equally deliver to the peoples aspirations and I have decided to respect the will of the electorates.”

Dr. Beatrice Inyangala confirmed that the home church had nurtured her faith and spiritual journey and believed that its decision was God sent and should be respected at all cost.

She further hailed the support the church and the peoples of both Kabras and Navakholo had displayed trusting in her ability to lead and transform the county to greatness.
She thanked the UDA administration led by President William Ruto by appointing her as the only Principal Secretary from Kakamega County and drummed support for his two term in the coming 2027 general polls.

Inyangala said she was willing to take up the challenge and called for the full backing of the electorates drawn from across the county. She also urged the residents to stick to the broad based formation that was working as the government of the day cautioning them against being swayed by few individuals who were out to settle scores with the government.
“Let us stand tall and be counted and for us to get more goodies from the government lets vote for President William Ruto re-election to see the county getting more development programmes and also align yourselves with my gubernatorial win as a win for me is also for the President”, she assured.
