Relief as Ogiek Community wins a land case in Arusha Tanzania dated 26th May 2017.

The indigenous tribe lived in fear of losing East part of Mau forest land to foreign settlers allegedly being aided by the government.

"Ogiek Community has been excluded from commmitte behind ongoing marking of land boundaries by the government" a local said Monday.

Arusha case OPDP Director Mr Daniel Kobei asks government of Kenya to implement their plights on inclusion.

"We as the Ogiek Community our stand is _One Title_ that's _a community land_ and we cannot allow intrusion and subdivision without our consent" Kobei said.
