Three male criminal suspects who escaped and fled from a speeding probox with altered registration numbers yesterday have been arrested at Oinobmoi, Baringo, Wednesday morning.
The trio were identified as Benard Obachi Mokhaka, Felix Samoe and Felix Mwangi from Kapseret, Awaii juction and Huruma in Eldoret, Uasin-Gishu, respectively.
Locals say the suspects sped off along Kabarnet, Oinobmoi-Kapkayo route, before residents received alerting calls.
Kapkayo resident Patrick Moi alias 'Big Show' from Kapkayo said they barricade the road with huge stones, but the speeding car jumped over.
"We pursued with motobikes, but they alighted from the car and fled away towards flouspher, Elgeyo-Marakwet" Moi said.

The individuals, however, who were arrested after night-long pursued, faced the wrath of the angry residents before being taken to Kabarnet police station for interrogation and further investigation.
