Members of Meru County Assembly(MCAs) were forced to arrive to in the wee hours of Thursday morning to the assembly, fearing for their safety.
Nominated MCA Zipporah Kinya popularly known as ZK is the mover of motion accusing Mwangaza of gross misconduct, abuse of office and breach of law in the county government act.
Kinya was also the mover of motion that failed to materialize after Mwangaza rushed to court.
Last month Meru High Court Judge Linus Kassan ruled Njuri Ncheke should intervene and solve the debacle.
Kinya, who is also the deputy majority leader later tabled another motion a few days later.
