Malava UDA Aspirant Collapses and Dies
The UDA Party aspirant,was an in-law to Farouk Kibet and further Farouk’s preferred choice for the Malava Mp on UDA ticket.

Confusion has gripped Malava after top UDA ticket contender, Dr. Enock Andanje formerly of Bungoma High collapsed and died during a widows empowerment campaign rally in West Kabras, which was officiated by among others Prime cabinet as Prime cabinet secretary Musalia Mudavadi and Presidential aide Farouk Kibet.
The late was set to attend the function at Bulupi primary school grounds but is reportedly said to have collapsed just before taking his seat on the podium.
His death has sent shock waves to other UDA aspirants with a section of locals are pointing fingers at possible political witchcraft.
While confirming his passing on at Malava Boys Boda empowerment progranmme, Musalia Mudavadi stated he was saddened by the learning of the sudden death of Mwalimu Enock Andanje while heading to an empowerment function.

In contrast, Prime CS Musalia Mudavadi was said to be backing a weaker candidate, David Ndakwa, who has strong ties to his former party, ANC.
It is alleged that Andanje appeared to be in good spirits earlier in the day but collapsed just minutes before addressing the crowd at a widows empowerment function in Kabras, an event aimed at drumming up support for the Malava by-election scheduled to take place on 28th November 2025.
This sudden death throws UDA’s campaign in Malava into turmoil as elders are already whispering about a a possible witchcraft.
With Andanje passing on, the UDA ticket now appears destined for either David Ndakwa, Simon Kangwana, Leornard Shimaka and Rhyan Injendi .
As the public awaits the doctors autopsy report, Questions continue to linger in the minds of many as possibilities of foul play being involved, or it is a normal death.
