Raila Odinga Vows to Fulfil Founding Fathers Vision as AU Chairman
vowed to prioritise economic integration, peace building and empowerment of African Nations

Former Kenyan Prime minister Raila Odinga pledges to champion the realisation of the dreams of Africa's Founding Fathers if elected as the African Union(AU) Chairman.
Speaking during the Africa debate forum , Raila emphasised his commitment to unity, development, and self-reliance across the continent Highlighting the aspirations of leaders like Kwame Nkurumah, Julius Nyerere and Jomo Kenyatta, Raila vowed to prioritise economic integration, peace building and empowerment of African nations to tackle challenges like climate change, poverty and political instability.
"African Founding fathers envisioned a united, prosperous and independent continent we must reignite that dream and make it reality" Raila said adding that his leadership would focus on honesty Africa's potential to benefits its people.
Raila's Campaign for the AU,chairmanship has gained momentum with his proposals addressing the need for robust regional trade stronger continental infrastructure and a reformed AU better equipped to handle Africa challenges.
