Ruto-Barasa Pact Unstoppable
Barasa stated that the partnership between him and President Ruto was unbeatable come 2027 as the duo seek their second term in office respectively.

Kakamega governor Fernandez Barasa has hailed as unstoppable his pact with President William Ruto ahead of the 2027 general election.
He has assured President William Ruto that he will marshal over 4million votes in his favour that will see him being re-elected for his second term in office.
Speaking in Lurambi during the Tuk tuk empowerment program where he presented President William Ruto’s Ksh.2Million contribution, he stated that the partnership between him and President William was unbeatable come 2027 as the duo seeks their second term in office as governor and President respectively.
He lauded the (UDA-ODM) broad based formation as tight and unshaken terming the opposition as clueless and lacking political direction.
President William Ruto has invested heavily in Western region and it will be not fair if we do not support his second term in office.
Barasa assured that he will see to it that broad based government secures all the seats from Mca’s to President blasting the opposition as lacking direction and agenda for Kenyans.
The ODM county chairman said it was time for Western to start warming up to take over the leadership baton from President Ruto in 2032 and called on the regions leaders to begin strategizing over the same.
“As a region I will personally lead a door to door campaign for the President and myself and we shall successfully secure our second terms as there is no strong hurdles in our way and we shall win this election as early as possible” he assured.
Our President has made it clear that Western will produce the next President after he finishes his term and he is asking for our political backing of which he will also lead Rift valley to return the favour by backing our Presidential bid.
He amplified the expansion of the (C41)Nairobi- Malaba road and the extension of the standard gauge railway (SGR) saying it will open the region to more economic benefits with transport being faster and efficient.

“Our region has been neglected by the former regimes in terms of development and it is only when President William Ruto assumed office that he has diversified various development here by investing in infrastructure development such as the completion of the Bukhungu stadium ahead of the Africa cup of Nations (AFCON) games next year and Kakamega level referral hospital which will serve patients the entire region,” he said.
He observed that Western was destined to vibrant economic development through the broad based formation and called on the leaders to support the government of the day.
