Eight people died in an accident involving three vehicles at Ngata blackspot.

On Tuesday, April 9, eight individuals were murdered, including two children, when their vehicle was involved in an accident at the Ngata black spot region along the Eldoret-Nakuru Highway.
According to reports, at around 5:40 a.m., a tanker (a Mercedes Axor KBB584R/Zc8580) was being driven towards Nakuru City in general, but when it arrived at the blackspot, the driver failed to maintain his correct traffic lane.

According to a report filed at Kaptembwa Police Station in Nakuru County, a Toyota Hiace registered as KCP 599X collided with an Isuzu FRR registered as KBZ032N on the rising lane, causing it to rest on its nearside.
Six people and two children died as a result of the incident, while one woman was injured and taken to the hospital.
