The unity of Mulembe nation is key if they have to ascend to power after President William Ruto’s exit in 2032 having cleared his two terms.

The ongoing political squabbles between sections of Luhya young leaders directed to the region’s senior political class is bound to derail their Presidential ambitions in favour of other interested tribes.

The sentiments were echoed by Presidential aide Farouk Kibet and Malava Mp David Ndakwa when they attended the burial ceremony of Good Munjalu Mufoya a police inspector who was attached in Kisii and who died due to cardiac arrest and who was being laid to rest in Shirugu Mugai ward in Malava constituency.

Kibet said the country was being misled by senior leaders who have held top positions who were sponsoring young politicians from Luhya land to rock the region’s politcal ship from within to scuttle their efforts of the tribe producing a presidential candidate in 2032.

“We know who is igniting the ongoing ODM internal wars and we know what is his agenda and if the Luhya nation does not distance itself from this leader who is out to dismantle ODM from rallying behind William Ruto through their broad-based government in 2027 and instead wants them to join ranks with the central leadership to send Ruto packing in 2027, then they will be the ones to loose big time as the current leadership is willing to support the 2032 Mulembe Presidential endeavors as a return favour for their two term support”

The leaders revealed that plans were being hatched to push ODM out of broad based through the use of Edwin Sifuna and team with Dr. Boni Khalwale and Natembeya being used to wreck the Mulembe unity through hitting out and de-campaigning against senior Luhya politicians who are steering the Mulembe unity ahead of the Presidency in 2032.

He lashed out at former President Uhuru Kenyatta whom he accused was behind the fuelling and animosity within ODM pushing for the party to walk out of the broad based pact and field a candidate against President William Ruto in the coming general polls.

Mulembe people should be very skeptical of Uhuru Kenyatta maneuvers as he has sensed that leadership has shifted from the central peoples’ hands and it is knocking at the Mulembe doorstep in 2032, hence he’s out trying to lure ODM ditch William Ruto and field its own candidate that will see the central people being the major beneficiaries as they seek to merge with ODM to fight Ruto’s administration.

Malava Mp David Ndakwa

He called for unity from all Kenyans as it was key to bolster development across the country.

The newly elected Malava Mp David Ndakwa called on the upcoming Mulembe leaders to show respect to their dedicated leaders at the helm of leadership including Prime cabinet secretary (PCS) Musalia Mudavadi, Speaker of the national assembly Moses Wetangula and Cooperatives cabinet secretary Wycliffe Oparanya who have continued to steer the interests of the Luhya’s at the national level.

He warned that a plot was being hatched to ensure that the Mulembe nation fail to clinch the Presidency and those being used to see the mission flop were fellow clansmen who have continued to be used to be-little and disrespect the Luhya kingpin ship.

Ndakwa warned of dire political consequences that will befell the Luhya nation if the crop of young politicians will allow themselves to be used to cause divisions in the region’s political arena.

“It is unfortunate that the Mulembe political landscape is more if an entertainment rather than the power politics as witnessed in other regions, we have continued to wash our dirty linen in public instead of supporting those at the top to clinch the top seat, we have allowed ourselves to be used as hired guns to kill and bury our own political future at the expense of supporting and even voting for other tribes to become leaders, it is time we awaken from this backward slumber and stand by our own sons of the soil as they are the ones we have at the top in the meantime “ he urged.

At the same time he warned those Western leaders turned political turn coats to understand that the country’s political arena has gone back to it's factory resetting following the demise of Raila Odinga.

“Ask yourselves why Luos have vowed to stay in the broad based government despite calls from some quarters to have them leave and pick a candidate to vie against President William Ruto, they know that by staying in the government, that's how close they're to the country's leadership unlike when they are outside as before.”

He called on the Luhya’s to grasp the feeling of power politics in regard to the 2032 top leadership and stop being used as political deal breakers in favour of other tribes.

“It's time the Luhya nation came together to respect their leaders or perish politically as once they lose the trust and support of William Ruto then they'll slid back in their political oblivion they’ve always been and in Mulembe nation through Musalia Mudavadi that is how close they are to producing the next president in 2032 only if they stand united.” Ndakwa cautioned.
